Pallet space inside warehouses that are already running.

Tell us where, how many pallets, what temperature and for how long. We'll come back with the sites that can take your goods, and terms you can put side by side.

Contracted revenue on space you already run.

Send us the stock report your warehouse system already produces. We'll show you which positions you could offer, and introduce you to companies that need space for three months to three years.

Free while we test. No sales calls. We work by email and reply within two working days.

How a match comes together

Operators describe what they have, shippers describe what they need, and the two meet only when both want to.

If you have space
  1. Upload a stock reportThe export your warehouse system already produces. No integration project.
  2. Check how we've read itYou confirm each column before anything is offered.
  3. Set your termsPositions, minimum term, goods and rates, site by site.
If you need space
  1. Describe what you needLocation, pallets, temperature, dates and goods. About two minutes.
  2. Compare the sites that fitRanked by fit, each with a price range and the same terms laid out.
IntroductionThe shipper asks, the operator accepts. Only then do names change hands.
ContractShipper and operator sign directly with each other, for anything from three months to three years.

The situations we're built for

Needing space

The spring range lands before the warehouse can take it

A food importer has a large delivery of chilled stock arriving at Rotterdam in February. Its own warehouse can't take it until May. It needs food-grade space within an hour of the port, for three months, and a list of whole buildings to let doesn't help.

Three months of overflow, February to April

Having space

One contract ends in December, the next starts in June

A 3PL's customer in one hall moves out at the end of the year, and the next customer is signed from June. The racking, the staff and the system are all in place. Five months of someone else's overflow fits neatly in between.

Available January to May, under contract from June

Both are illustrations of common situations, not customers.

You decide who sees what, and when

Your volumes and your customers

Operators see what you need, never who you are. Your company name is shared only when you ask to be introduced to a site, and we never ask who your customers are.

Your occupancy and your rates

How full your warehouse is never appears anywhere. Shippers see a price range rather than your rate card, and your name stays hidden until you accept a request. We only ever read your export; nothing is written back to your system.

You'll be working with the founders

Capstell is in free testing. Nothing is listed yet, and nothing on the test platform is a real offer or contract. Everyone who registers now deals directly with the founding team, by email unless you would rather talk. We reply within two working days, run your search or look at your site with you, and give you access to the test platform.

What you tell us decides how this works in your region.

Questions people ask us

Does it cost anything?

Not while we test, for either side. If Capstell charges later, you'll see the price before you commit to anything.

Who do I sign the contract with?

The shipper and the operator sign with each other. Standard terms are laid out before either side commits, and any changes the operator makes are shown next to them.

Do you handle transport or fulfilment?

No. Capstell matches pallet storage. You arrange transport as you do today.

We run SAP (or Manhattan, or Blue Yonder). Do we have to change anything?

No. You keep the system you have. We read a stock or location export from it, and you confirm how each column is read. Nothing is ever written back.

What happens to the file we upload?

It's read in your browser and not stored. We keep only the counts we derive from it, such as positions by temperature class and by month. No customer names are needed.

We need space for less than three months. Is that worth asking?

Yes, tell us. Most contracts run from three months to three years, but we want to hear about shorter needs too.

Will someone call me?

Only if you ask. We work by email. If you'd rather talk, tick the box in the optional second step and we'll suggest a time.
